Turn key experience: we handle everything from event planning, set-up, and event execution. Let us do the heavy lifting for you so that you can enjoy the event with your guests!
Food and beverage: Our in-house concessionaire will create a menu that can accommodate anywhere from 20-2,000 guests. you do the booking and we do the cooking!
Entertainment: A baseball field transformed. We have numerous attractions to keep your guests entertained all day long including inflatables, yard games, 360 degree photo booths, karaoke, face painters, caricature artists and more!
Marketing: Our marketing team will provide you with save the dates and other marketing materials to promote your event. Plus, you will have access to our ticket system to collect rsvps for the event.
Facilities: You'll have access to every inch of MCCU Field including the parking lot, restrooms, the field, the main grandstand, the bud light dog house, and ticket office.
